Dental Crowns
Our cosmetic dental clinic provides dental crown placement to restore the appearance of your smile.

What Is a Dental Crown?
A dental crown, also known as a cap, is a prosthetic restoration that fully or partially covers a damaged tooth. Made from durable materials such as ceramic, it is placed over a tooth that has been carefully prepared by the dentist.
Its purpose is to protect the tooth, restore its shape and function, and enhance its appearance. Dental crowns are commonly used to treat severe decay, fractures, or to reinforce weakened teeth following specific dental procedures.
What Materials Do We Use?
There are several types of dental crowns, each with specific indications.
In pursuit of optimal aesthetic and biological integration, we exclusively use all-ceramic crowns, manufactured in-house by our integrated laboratory.
Ceramic crowns offer superior aesthetics by perfectly mimicking the natural color and translucency of teeth.
Implant-Supported Crown: What Are the Advantages?
When replacing a single missing tooth, an implant-supported crown is often the preferred solution.
This approach restores both the appearance and function of a natural tooth. Its advantages include:
- Preservation of adjacent teeth, with no need for preparation
- A stable and long-lasting solution
- Prevention of bone loss associated with tooth loss
- Support of healthy gum tissue and reduced risk of recession
- Optimal chewing function
- Excellent long-term durability
How Long After Implant Placement Is the Crown Placed?
Before attaching the final prosthesis (crown or bridge), a healing period is necessary to allow the implant to integrate with the bone (osseointegration), ensuring optimal stability.
In most cases, the crown is placed between two and three months after implant surgery.
Dental Crown: Cost and Reimbursement
Dental crowns are partially reimbursed under the French national health insurance system.
At our cosmetic dental clinic, a detailed estimate is provided during your initial aesthetic consultation. You will then be able to consult your private insurance provider to determine your coverage.
Our fees for a dental crown range between 800€ and 1500€, depending on the clinical situation.
